As you know, the warm up is a critical section of any work out, designed to prevent the student from injuring themselves through harder and more intensive exercises. The tutorials above are listed purely to replicate some of the warm ups we run in class, however, you are not limited to these exercises. If you do design your own warm up before training, please ensure that all muscle groups have been stretched, the body temperature has been raised, and start with gentle movements and stretches before advancing to more strenuous options.
